Breakfast review: The Grind

On the Saturday before my birthday we went to The Grind Coffee & Winefor breakfast. I know, I said I'd write about weekday breakfasts but they offer the same breakfasts during weekdays, so I assume it doesn't matter we were there on a Saturday :). We had been to the Grind before for a salad and the place is really cute but I recommend you book a table as it's also very small.

I had Breakfast no. 14, here's the description:

Coffee or tea, juice, avocado or shrimp open sandwich, fried egg, fresh fruit, green salad

price: 12.90 euros.

It sounded pretty much perfect for me and I chose it with a shrimp sandwich. We also got some sparkling wine so that we could have breakfast mimosas. Eerikki chose Breakfast no. 3 which included a chicken toast, among other things.

Salad, fruit, shrimp sandwich, even the fried egg in a heart shape. It sounded great and looked pretty but the sandwich had more mayo than shrimp and the breakfast wasn't very filling.

A cute place, breakfast was pretty but not very filling. Three stars ***.
